1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zwieg.mt ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zwieg.mt for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

7. Vendor Listing Terms

7.1 Content Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for all content in their listings, including descriptions, images, and videos. You warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all images and content uploaded
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• Your listing complies with all applicable laws
• Your services do not infringe on third-party intellectual property

7.2 Prohibited Content

Vendors may not upload or include:

• Offensive, defamatory, or hateful content
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent offers
• Contact information for competing services

7.3 Approval and Moderation

Zwieg.mt reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or suspend any listing that violates these terms or contains inappropriate content.

7.4 Professional Conduct

Vendors agree to:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate business information
• Not harass or discriminate against customers
• Honor commitments and contracts with customers

8. Premium Listing Terms

8.1 Payment and Billing

Premium listings cost €99 per year. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorize Zwieg.mt to charge your payment method for the full subscription period.

8.2 Non-Refundable

Premium listing payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is confirmed. No refunds will be issued for:

• Cancelled subscriptions
• Listing removal or suspension
• Changes of mind
• Lack of customer inquiries
• Any other reason

8.3 Auto-Approval

Premium listings are automatically approved upon successful payment. Free listings still require admin review.

8.4 Suspension and Removal

Even with an active premium subscription, Zwieg.mt reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Contain false or misleading information
• Receive complaints or legal action from customers
• Violate laws or regulations
• Constitute fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

Suspension does not entitle you to a refund. Your subscription remains active but your listing is not displayed publicly.

9. Customer Inquiry Terms

When customers submit inquiries through Zwieg.mt, you agree to:

• Respond professionally and promptly
• Not use the inquiry system for spam or harassment
• Not share customer information without their consent
• Not use Zwieg.mt to contact customers after they've withdrawn interest

Customers' contact information is shared only for the purpose of fulfilling their inquiry. Misuse of customer information may result in listing suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL ZWIEG.MT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF:

• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Lost business or data
• Customer disputes or complaints
• Third-party actions or content
• Temporary unavailability or bugs

Even if Zwieg.mt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions limit liability disclaimers, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zwieg.mt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the Service
• Content you provide or publish
• Disputes with customers

12. Modifications to Service

Zwieg.mt may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email when possible.

13. Termination

Zwieg.mt may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Illegal activity or fraud
• Repeated policy violations
• Business decisions or discontinuation of service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts, including active premium subscriptions.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on Zwieg.mt, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Zwieg.mt or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

By uploading content to your listing, you grant Zwieg.mt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

15. Third-Party Links

Zwieg.mt may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service.

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malta.
